Proxies scam - Wonka9

I created topic where I asked for bulk IP proxies. I can not post links, so I post screenshots instead. The topic screenshot is here:

User `wonka9` replied me via PM:

I added his Skype. In Skype he made a deal to sell me proxies. He said that he ready to sell me 2000 proxies with rotating IPs for $500 mohtly:

Rosales: Good, can you please write your prices?
Rosales: I need 3000 threads and IP must change periodically.
Rosales: for social networking spam/
BotNet Joseph Birche: how often it got to change?
Rosales: May be time per 2 or 3 hours per thread.
BotNet Joseph Birche: we usually charge 500 usd for 2k proxies per month

I asked for 1 day demo:

Rosales: I'll need 1 day demo, I'll pay for it,
Rosales: and I'll need to integrate your API.
Rosales: can you please write how much you'll charge for 1 day demo, 2000 threads?
BotNet Joseph Birche: One minute I will work it out
Rosales: good
BotNet Joseph Birche: We don't usually do demo with api access daily costs would work out between 16 - 17 dollars if u want api access I will give you 24h access
BotNet Joseph Birche: for 50 usd
BotNet Joseph Birche: and that can come off monthly cost
BotNet Joseph Birche: if your happy

I sent him money via BitCoin. The transaction ID is *Removed* I never received my proxies. I asked for refund. He didn't give any refund and responded in mocking manner:

Rosales: You are not here, I can not stay without proxies anymore. please refund me my money.
Rosales: Hey, so where is my refund?
BotNet Joseph Birche: I donated the money to the orphanage
BotNet Joseph Birche:
Rosales: So, you'll not send refund, it was scam?
BotNet Joseph Birche: feel good that u helped the children in the orphanage

I think it is obvious from his response that he is scammer and he even don't try to hide this fact. I think administration has to ban this person from this forum.

I merged two threads together since they both accused Wonka9. Normally I would not have approved the accusation by urahozer because it does not include proof, but since there is another accusation that does include proof, I am including it.

Wonka9 has been notified he has 48 hours to respond.

**Edit** I forgot to include this: @Rosales - Botnet discussions are not allowed on BHW since we are about internet marketing, not fraud, hacking etc. I am allowing your SL because it is not about what you desire your proxies for, but about the fact that you didn't get what you paid for. I have removed your Want To Buy thread because it was clearly a desire of proxies for a botnet - again, not allowed on BHW.

Thanks for publishing, at least other people will not be scammed. However, he can simply register new account on BHW from another IP and email. I think it is good idea to publish his phone (attached to his Skype), it will make it easier for other victims to identify this guy. I know his phone number and can send it here if it is OK.

Probably better if people just didn't deal with members that weren't even here a month.

No, private info is not allowed to be posted - even if he is banned (mods don't make the rules but we enforce them). As 'Wilson' posted above, doing some due diligence would eliminate many of these small time scams. If you had looked, you would have discovered he created his account 48 hours before offering you his service, He posted almost all of his current 24 posts in that 48 hours... and yet you trusted him enough to send him money. We have many proxy providers in the BST Marketplace - sending a brand new member money was simply giving your money away.

I guess it's a good thing you at least asked for the 1 day trial vs sending him the full $500.

just a tip.
never ever buy something from a guy who joined the forum 1 month ago ever.
95% chance u will get scammed. only ever buy proxies from approved proxy sellers
on bhw found here. we have to pay to advertise here. new members on bhw
do not have the right to sell anything here.
