I have a 2 questions for Crakrevenue. I send 2 tickets a week ago and nobody answered me, i have to use another option than the green tab on the right bottom of the screen, to get a small response?! And in another context, today we are in April 5 and still have not received payment from February, is there a problem with my account or payment delays?
I would appreciate an answer. Thank you!

First and foremost, we're sorry you experienced this. What you describe doesn't sound like our well regarded Support system -- we pride ourselves in answering all Support requests in a timely manner during office ours every day M-F.
But none the less, we take what you say very seriously and this will be addressed.
In the meantime, is there any way you can reference the ticket numbers so we can find the tickets in question so we can find a way to contact you privately about this? Also, it's worth checking your Spam folders in case we did reply, and perhaps our replies inadvertently ended up in there (we've seen it happen!).
Regarding payments, we can confirm all payouts have gone out in time - but we'll know more once we know your ID.

In fact, even if you were a beginner earning $0 we'd still accept you -- as long as you seemed motivated and could adequately convey in detail how you planned on generating traffic/getting started.

I just applied for CrakRevenue but when I clicked on "confirm account creation" in the email, the website says "token expired". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
