Need proxy/VPN with 5.000+ residential IP's

I'm looking for the following:

- Residential ISP's in EU/US
- "Large" address pool (5.000+) of nonsequential addresses, preferably in different /24 subnets
- HTTP/SOCKS proxy or OpenVPN
- Shared, not dedicated (each IP would only be used briefly once or twice a day)

With preferably:

- Control over which IP you get (i.e. no rotating proxies or different IP every request)
- Fast connection (not that important)

Anyone here who can help me out?

Do you have any idea how much residential IP's are worth?

Resiential IPs are worth the cost of the internet connection they run on. So you are looking at $50 per IP for a residential IP. Times that by 5000 thats $250,000 for what you want.

Judging by you stupid request, I'm willing to bet you don't have $250,000.

I mean use your brain........where do you think residential IP's come from? They come from residential Internet connections.

In order for a residential connection to be setup you need to have techs come out the house and wire up a connection somewhere. This type of stuff is not cheap.

So put a can on your dream of scamming ad networks by making multiple accounts or doing your own CPA offers and figure out a real way to make money.

**Also storm proxies are not residential at all....They use the word residential on there website, but its complete BS. They are they furthest thing from real residential.

I think you must have to contact with your Internet Service Provider for getting residential IPs on your PC. I don't think any proxies provider will provide a lot of residential IPs for free. You must have to buy.

Sounds like you want static residential ip's. I can do that depending specifically on where you need them and how many you need in each location.

i waste long time on testing residential vpn and other crappy services, and the only one i found so far to be stable is the one in my profile.

did someone have a better residential proxy for real life challanges?
i have only about 10GB monthly and looking to scale down my bills down from 500$ they charge. how ever i cant leave them because the service is exelent and connection is soooo fast, and i never get blocked banned or blacklisted.
so any real alternative???

Luminati blows and their entire "business" model is hysterical. If you haven't tried to deal with them yet I would encourage you to hit them up. They offer a cool service for sure but they'll never be taken seriously. I don't know what's funnier their 1999 prices for bandwidth, or the process you have to go through to even get accepted. They seriously asked one of my friends for a utility bill, we were dying laughing. If you're looking for that many IPs you probably won't find anywhere else, but they're definitely not any faster than some of the reg peas I've used.

Its about connections, I have free access to ISP IP addresses. I work for the biggest telecom company in Canada. We sell wholesale to some ISPs, we give them free blocks of IPs.
