Where to sell Streaming Video Site?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I currently have a 2 year old streaming video site.. that does around 100k video views per day in the English Subtitled Japanese Anime niche.

The videos are currently embedded on several of the largest anime sites on the web (the default video player on most).

I also have several of the same in niche sites that use the 3rd party video embeds that are very popular (typically around 8 million page views per month).

After 4 years of enjoying the sites and watching them grow.. I'd like to sell them.

-- Having never sold a website.. or 6 of them for that matter.. I don't have a clue where to start.

I've checked out Flippa and several other sites like it.. but dont feel my sites are a good fit.

Other than sending emails to in niche websites.. where does one go to sell.. well.. black hat websites?

Does anyone know of a website broker that would sell the sites for a percentage? 50% take?

Anyone sold sites in the niche before?

How much are the sites earning?
Do you have the rights to stream those Anime Videos?

Reach out to your competitors and see if they want to buy them.
If you want to sell them on BHW then you need to upgrade to JrVIP

All the sites together typically earn $2-3000 per month.. high months when we were actually working on the project $7k...

If you're earning with site than why you want to sell? if it's all about double your $$$ than try to flip it on flippa.

TBH, when I started the first site.. I just wanted to make a site of my own that I could watch on.. 4 years later I have a handful of them and cant remember the last time I watched an episode...

...fan base deserves someone who actually cares. Might sound stupid to some.. but I dont need the sites.. have 100 other sites in a dozen other niches.. and more current projects that consume all my time. (yes I plan on selling some of those sites as well)

Really no reason other than that... which is why I'd like to find someone to just sell them for me and split the profit. But google searches havnt produced any 'website broker' results.. so I figured I'd post here.
