how many times you all got to be told hma are a
company that work alongside other companys
and exchange logs and info your getting upto
dont be suprised even if know your card even dead .
dont trust hma they share all info on there clients with any company or
act as detectives becose they dont beleve in any privacy act.

100% no that was a bad ip , you probley logged in with another account
and hma used the same ip but you fort was a random one.
as a internet marketer you only use private proxies
go and join a proper secure vpn look it up on this forum

All these hardcore questions often lead me to believe the best resolution for the overwhelming majority of folks is to outsource this to professionals who know how to securely create and deploy working facebook ad accounts. This avoids all the huge challenges you are facing. Sure it's not the most cost effective solution, but it is a solution whereas stabbing your way in the dark with an endless barrage of questions about how to best create the account, how to maintain it, how to fund it, etc...
Why not simply get ahold of a legitimate provider who knows what the heck is going on when it comes to creating these accounts? Certainly it is a much faster and direct approach. If you're thinking to spend your own real money on facebook advertising, then you know how to play the game. Get playing.

Yes, the credit card added to the account has to match the ip country history of the account.
And where can we find such providers? There is like no active provider on this forum. On other forums i can also not find anyone that is still active.

Wow its been awhile since Ive even scoped the industry. I cant believe how much misinformation there is though. Ive been through about 600 ads accounts the last few years. I got the debit cards to prove it. I dont sell them i used them. Im willing to answer some questions honestly. Maybe I should do an AMA thread

it's not about how longer your old account or fresh new one.. or using proxy either. facebook will always suspended your payment account if you don't have much activity on facebook or your browser recently. you need so much activity on your account as much as you can. And if you want to buy the accounts facebook for ads, better to buy the accounts with the cookies. you can contact facebook to reactive your payment account as long as you verify your identity anyway.
