There's nothing you can do with the invalid clicks, they won't refund anyway. Learning from this mistake, you should find a way to prevent a click bomb.

If you have (or show) correct traffic source and have "active views" then you should have ~1% of invalid clicks. So make your script better.

If you have (or show) correct traffic source and have "active views" then you should have ~1% of invalid clicks.

This is correct! Your traffic source must pass on original referrer, rather than the traffic sources server ID, and "Active Views" must be 70%+.

If an ad is not in view when click occurs it will be counted as invalid, as there is no way the user could of clicked the ad, if they could not see it.

However, having "any" ad in constant view bypasses the need for the one clicked to be in view. (floating footer)

That's crazy, are you doing adsense for video or content? legit traffics or traffic exchange?
Mine only $2 from $450 earning, adsense for content and seo traffics.

I believe a valid clicks adds up only when user clicks on the ad and stays on the page for 5 sec.

50% traffic is from facebook , other from reddit,google and youtube , i installed an plugin that one ip allow to click up to 3 times

Op, that plugins works great! you might also want to disable right click on your website.
