So I got a coupon from Bing but I need my account to be verified without using my real credit card. Does VCC still work? I see lots of post that said it doesn't anymore. Im not buying Bing accounts from others I am broke lol. Is there a way to get my account verified?

I don't think people are giving this information up anymore. Bing has gotten really hard to fake, you can create an account and verify it with a VCC but they will ban you once you try going live with your ads. If you know how to create an account with working impressions going rate is somewhere between $30-40 per account. So this knowledge is being kept hidden.
Bing has became a major pain in the ass when it comes to adding a payment method. I had to go through several hoops just to get a legit account setup and running. Bing bans 99% of all vcc's out there and the ones that work 99% of the people keep to themselves. I suggest you setup a legit account with a real credit card or paypal. If you get the auto-ban then contact support and they should unlock your account assuming your info and payment method is legit.
I really don't understand people who buy bing accounts at the going price of $30-$40. Anyone that knows anything about PPC knows that on brand new accounts you will be paying much much more per click vs someone who has an established history behind a campaign and decent CTR who will be paying much less per click at the same avg position.
Back when coupon packs worked bing ads vouchers + vcc was a goldmine but it's hardly even worth paying $30-$40 now to get $150ish worth of clicks and in a fraudulent manner since it won't be able to bill successfully after hitting the threshold.
I highly suggest you guys that buy these $150ish accounts that you try to setup your own legit accounts and try getting some history behind your campaigns. You'll see 2-5x less CPC depending on the niche then when you first start out on a new account ASSUMING you have a decent CTR, negative keywords, and ad in general. Good luck!

Thanks for your info. But did you say a legit bing account will enjoy 2-5 less CPC than a brand new account you bought for 40$? Just be curious about the reason.
New on this, maybe a noob question.
An established account that has a decent history behind it (high CTR, good negative keywords, good keywords and match types, etc, etc, etc) will for sure have a much lower average cpc at any given ad position vs any new bing account bidding for that same ad position; whether it's bought or not. That's the way PPC works. There's an infinite amount of info on the net that gives best practices on creating profitable campaigns and ways to optimize ROI.
