Where do you get virtual assistant jobs?

I am looking for virtual assistant type of tasks.
I can manage any task like web 2.0 creation,updating content,managing social media accounts,blog posting,comment posting etc.
So my question is where do you find such job's.

I have a look on hire freelancer section but i am waiting for reply.

I am not expecting huge pay in double figures hour but 3-5$\hr atleast. I want to have a job. If someone can help me getting a job i will love to pay a good commission.
