I tried to buy a site and PayPal says it cannot send the payment right now. I called the customer care and they said I don't have any issues with my account. It is fully verified with no limits but something doesn't seem to work. He said if the merchant can send an invite, I'll be able to pay through it. Can you send me an invite luhasr?

Does the OP have a website with proper terms and conditions for his services? I'm interested, if this is a genuine profitable website service but don't want to send a paypal payment when the OP is virtually anonymous with no verified contact details. What happens if the package is not up to scratch or fails to make a reasonable amount of money that won't cover the cost of domain and web hosting, etc? Lots of the recent reviews are saying they are only making a few cents at best per week. Do you get a refund if the service fails to make reasonable money?
