Hi I was looking through few online banner designing sites.

most of them are flash.

Can anyone recommend any html5 banner designing sites. Currently playing with html5maker, but if anyone can suggest, will be very grateful

Prefer free self design or very low price

Make your title and (if you have it) your tagline part of that picture. Be creative with your colors and your fonts. But do remember that people should be able to read and recognize it in a split second. So don't go too crazy.
