Facebook blocking images instead of domains

Has anyone else noticed this? I've been getting my images blocked much more often since October 2015. Domains are fine though, which was a problem before.

Once a image is banned or blocked, all shares and likes having that image in the og:image tag are removed from the user's timeline and news feed. Doesn't matter where they're uploaded.

I've actually gotten a couple images unblocked but the shares never reappear. Kind of getting annoying when I rely on others sharing my content for more traffic.. especially when these images are not breaking any of facebook's rules (no nudity, nothing graphic, etc).

Anyone else have this problem?

Ive had images blocked before when posting but every few days I resize them to 99% of what they were and they all work again. I also run them through a program called batch purifier to remove every bit of info about the pic so it appears unique.

Tried both, doesn't work. I even went as far as modifying the images. Their image recognition must be picking up something but I haven't figured out what yet.

I am having the exact same problem!! Tried rehashing, changing md5 value, cropping, editing.. Nothing seem to work!! And it seems the images they ban are on random basis.

Keeping track of when they get banned? For me, it's usually late Thursday or early Friday.

Contact the Facebook administrator and consult them.

If only it was that easy.

I am having the exact problem. I just made a post about it and found this post because someone told me to try Batch Purifier. It really only started happening for me a couple days ago. It does it for just about anything I schedule to post through Hootsuite. Did you ever find out what they are detecting to block?

I have been spamming facebook for more than a year now .
