what should I fill for Exclusive Access Domain when I order semi-privates? pinterest? can I use these proxies for followliker? can I have one ip for speed test or do you have semi-privates base on asia? Im afraid if the ips base on usa it will be very slow when I try to use for followliker.

As mentioned previously we can't guarantee anything as we've hit the phase where our system will give you proxies that have been used before by other customers. We don't throw them away ;-) So you can run into phone verifications for example. If that's the case, just contact us and we'll solve the situation for sure!


In fact, for this very reason, we plan to do an infrastructure upgrade in the near future. I think I've narrowed down what IG's defenses are looking for, and how we can best help you as a customer to circumvent these.

Hi,

I have a problem with LinkedIn. I've tried on 2 computers, tried on firefox, chrome and a headless browser. I can't get linkedin to load properly.

Sometimes the site loads without images, that isn't a problem but sometimes the site doesn't load at all. Its just the header showing, search doesn't work at all, which is a problem as I can't search connections. As soon as I disable the proxy linkedin works as it should. I haven't noticed any problems with Facebook, Instagram or any of the other websites available.

Is linkedin a problem for everyone or just me?
Do you know how I can get linkedin to load correctly as I cant do a lot with my accounts at the moment.

I have to say I am quite impressed by Stan's customer service attitude!

Apparently there was an issue with Stripe processing my payment but he took care of that for me.(lesson here is don't use Stripe)

Just paid for a 25 proxy package as test. Subscription has been started and payment has been sent. After that, I didn't redirect me to anything.

I am not sure what to do next. I want EUROPE proxies but it didn't even let me choose what my proxies or anything.

I ordered my proxies around 10pm, night before last. After payment I didnt see that the proxy package had been added to my account (probably didnt RTFM) so I sent an email to support. Despite it being the wee hours of the morning for them they responded promptly and were very polite and professional. I used the proxies (semi-dedicated) all day yesterday scraping the private domain I chose. MAN THESE ARE FAST! I was able to eliminate all forced wait time parameters in my bot, which increased my data gathering by almost 25% (per proxy per hour).

I am a very happy customer and will be keeping these for the foreseeable future.

I am having lot of troubles with the provided proxies, they can't be used with proxycap nor with proxyfier... when instagram requires password reset i need to log in with the same proxy it is botted at so this issue is a big problem.
