I consider , I dont want really run it on my own hosting. It would cost pretty much.
So, if go with script - to stream from other websites - will those websites know about what i am doing? Is it normal?

Hey as I said, just analyze your future competition. Kinox (google it) is your biggest competitor. Lets take as Example any series. you can choose from every episode and season and often several languages, with subtitles or without. Depending on your choice, they have often the same file on multiple File hosting services, which are specialized on videos, so they are playing directly on the website. Kinox doesnt host anything themself, and they dont even use iframes anymore.
Most, if not all, of the filehosters are actually launched (and closed regulalry) by kinox themselves, to get their money in a "legal" way. Some of the ex-owners of it were busted by the police time ago, they found several millions cash as well as luxury cars like Ferrari etc with them. Not sure what the final charge was, but for sure Tax Fraud was among it. That was when it became public that they are highly involved with all those video hosting services and even uploading themselves, but doing this allowed them some kind of cover. (the file hosting services operate within the law, but react also to DMCA notices, so they take down the videos, but I bet those people like kinox have scripts that automatically reupload the files in that case and post the new link to kinox website). So in the end its all very hard to proof. And the money they make is just affiliate/marketing money... Even the uploaders (which are just themselves) get money for every view of their videos, as well as the kinox website gets for every view. And the file hosting websites get much money by Pop-unders/popups (many of them), many ads on the sites also often Pay per install, also sometimes from hackers which publish their viruses/trojans through it (maybe also themselves who knows)etc, as well as through premium accounts (for instant streaming or high quality, not having to wait to buffer the videos first).
Anyway after they were busted, some of them who were not caught actually relaunched the site (obviously some say for obvious reasons that they are not related) with, this time, a new, safer hosting company (from russia).
