On which market place should i post

Hello BHW members. I want to ask that, i am going to make a sales thread about web and graphic design services. Beside that i also know few people who work with me can do ASP.NET, make android application and can do backlinking. If i make a complete sales thread regarding to all of these services, is it safe to post in web design area?
