I already have a US verified paypal account but 60% verified. I am not living in the US. I want to convert this my paypal account from personal to business account, and I need the following:

1. A Driver's license or International Passport or any other USA recognized ID card matching my paypal name
2. Utility bill
3. Bank account statement or credit card statement
4. Virtual Credit Card matching my paypal name
5. Social Security Number
6. and every other document I need to verify my paypal 100% and upgrade it from personal to business paypal

How much will it cost and hope it will work and not get my account limited?

Note: presently my paypal account has no issue....just that its 60% verified and not a business account which I really need.
