Which is best PPI network for big files?

Hi,

I always wanted to try PPI network, I just came across with one of greatest method to get downloads. However, I am unable to sort out which network to join. As, I am unable to find a good network that allow big files like 2-10GB.

If anyone knows any kind of network, Please reply to this thread. Also, One of my competitor is using PPI (So, I am pretty sure there must be a Private/Public PPI company that allow big files).
