Yes you can do that. The way I do it is with a Linux command (we have the command in client knowledge base) where you can only keep data lines that are from the United States for example.

Yes, you can use the Linux command on our website to remove everything that is not in CA and then you would need to get a list of cities in CA and only keep those.
