Paypals keep getting limited

So my Paypals keep getting limited and then paypal requesting information. I have tried getting documents 4 times now and each time it never works How can I avoid this? Its either I sell too quickly, or I get a few returns close together and then get limited.
Question 2.)
Say I have a good paypal account that was linked to an ebay account that got limited, would attaching the good paypal to my good ebay work? What is the likelihood of it getting linked?

Also, if anyone has an ebay AND paypal they are done with PM and maybe we can work out a deal

If you add the accounts as you described accounts will all definitely get linked. What you need to do is start off with some easy safe items. If you can you can go to the dollar store and pick up some stuff that sells fast and is cheap, this is a great way to build up some trust with both ebay and PP. Dont look to make a profit n these items it is just to build up your rep. If you dont have access to a dollar store get a bunch of cheap crap from China that sells and build up your account that way.

just keep making more paypal's and dont have any funds in them so when they are limited you dont lose out on any funds because you have cleaned your accounts out before they were limited that way you dont lose any money

Paypal rule: don't do any suspicious thing.

I never had any problem with paypal (7 years account)

the more accounts you make the harder it will be for ebay and paypal to limit and ban them all!

What are you trying to sell? If they're not outright banning you for being linked to closed accounts it may be that you're selling high risk items.

And how would you accomplish that with the 21 day holding rule of eBay for new accounts, which are under the selling volume, which is needed the get the funds instantly?

Also if OP does dropshipping, he can easily lose money, he already paid for the products when the buyers can decide to do a chargeback.

Plus PayPal doesn't tell you beforehand that watch out, you will be limited soon, they just limit you from one moment to another. It can happen when money arrives to your account or when you try to withdraw your balance. So you will never know when you'll get fucked over.

In theory what you recommended is a good idea, in practice it just won't work.
