Where to buy Android/Iphone app reviews?

Hi there guys,
I need a quick hand with a competition in which I would need around 50 authentic downloads (no reviews needed) from the US. The kicker is the downloads MUST come from a custom url (which redirects you to the app store when you click it) that I will provide. I could pay .50$ a download. However, time is super pressed I would need this done by the end of this Sunday Feb. 21st, 2016! Should be easy money for whoever knows how to do it.

if you have a lot download then its okay to buy reviews but you dont want too many reviews and not enough installs or you ll get flag

what will happen next year when apple asks for yearly $99 fees, will i then need to add my credit card to itunes for paying yearly fees or some other way is there?

Try to select someone who have few knowledge about iPhone apps. Sure, You'll found someone who have enough interest but they have no knowledge about software. I'm doing these task since 2010. That's why I'm telling so.
If you needed cheap and better review writer then you can search them in upworrk / freelancer.com/ fiverr. Already I hired someone from upwork. He's working well and following all instructions.

most likely you are talking about single(or maybe dozen) of reviews, but when it comes to thousands than freelance and especially fiverr won't work. they are tooo expensive.

one of the option for more or less knowledgeable reviews is to go to the review exchanging platforms where developers leave reviews to each other
 
I Use KeyApp.top service. They can even push up android app by keyword. The price is lowest on the web
 
At the moment there are dozens of services and freelancers who can supply positive reviews for your app in Apple App Store and Google Play.

Be careful when you choose a supplier for that work. Consider the following:

  1. You don’t want Apple and Google identify that you buy reviews so
    • Make sure reviews are written by real people from the country you need reviews. Be careful - don’t buy bots or reviews that are done by people from other countries.
    • Eliminate splashes. Make sure the amount of reviews grows and stops smoothly. Don’t buy all reviews in few days.
    • Make sure company has a lot of authors so they won’t be authors who write dozens of reviews every day.
    • It would be good if authors not just install the app before reviewing but also use it, don't delete for a week and launch app periodically.
  2. You want users in Apple App Store and Google Play believe in reviews and don’t find anything suspicious. So reviews should look real. Buy small amount of reviews from supplier to test and identify if the quality of reviews is good.
  3. Make sure you have guarantees in case reviews are deleted by store or you don’t like the quality.

It is hard to get real reviews but i donot think anyone will do at cheap rates unless you need it in bulk quantity
