Unable to Sign Up to Paypal, Please Help

I made some money on a website and I'm trying to make a paypal account for the first time to get my earnings, but I'm stuck at the form filling. Once I put my e-mail and choose a password, I get to a new page where I have to fill all my personal information and enter a captcha, but once I've done this, I can't go any further and the page just keeps reloading with a new captcha and an error message once I click the "agree and create account" button. What do I have to do? Can anybody try creating an account with some fake informations and see if he gets the same issue?

Disabled ABP but still getting the same issue.

That's all the error I'm getting : "Check your information and try again."

I've been trying to sign up all day. Tried different browsers, clearing cookies and history, changing some information (National ID instead of Driver's license...), but nothing works, what's even more frustrating is that there no help i can contact if I don't already have an account.

That's weird - something must be wrong.

Did you sign up previously with the same e-mail? Assuming you didn't, but you never know.

Nope. I created a new gmail account for the sole purpose of using it on paypal.

Please, can someone try signing up with some fake info see if he has the same issue?

Not sure, it can be that your country isn't supported and maybe that's PayPal's way to let you know. There are still 20-25 countries where PayPal is not supported.

Or maybe the data you enter isn't getting passed to PayPal for some reason, however it's unlikely if you tried it with different browsers. Try it on an entirely different machine, even on a mobile device, download the PayPal app and see if the problem still persists.

Try asking this there, if you can't get in touch with their support.

Already went there, I have to log in with a paypal account to ask a question.

And my country is supported by paypal, I checked to make sure.

I'll try with a different machine and see how it goes.

Send up pic's about your problem and if anything use incognito mode to see if that fixes the problem?

What's the amount of money in the Paypal and was this all done at the same time?


In the scope, you also sound like your trying to build an account but can't.. If that's the case than all I can say is take a picture or short clip and post it on Youtube for us to review and I could probably help you out. If you need Paypal accounts, than people would build you some for the sole purpose of receiving payments, but don't let your account creators/vendors chip you out. Be sure to get that Email along with the Paypal account.


Take some pictures! Use tiny URL and post them somewhere. Don't know where? Just create a site on wix or weebly and post them pictures all over it and you could also upload a video and talk in it about your problem. This would help everyone in helping you with your problem.
