tweetlater no more upload

You can not upload file with your tweets anymore, unless you pay first. You will see that the upload button is grayed out and when you click on it, they want you to do a trial for the server. You would think that then you get to use the upload button, NO WAY. Then it comes back and tell you that you must pay first before you can use it at $29.95 a month.

Does anyone know of another website or software that would let you post your tweets from a file or text box.
