Recommendation on how to index Web 2.0 s?

I build T2/3 links to them as I normally would and they always get indexed.

So in this case...

T1 - Good Web 2.0
T2 - Cheap blog posts, cheap web 2.0, create URL shortener of web 2.0, cheap social signals
T3 - GSA spam

Takes around a week longer to get indexed, but I get more power from the web 2.0s this way and have never had a problem with them not indexing. I used to directly throw XRUMER / GSA spam at the T1 web 2.0s, but those took forever to index and never gave me much of a push.

In this case what would you be pointing your Tier 1 Web 2.0s at? This would for sure work on something like a parasite, but I was wondering if this would work when pointing them at a new(ish) domain?

I point them at my money site after 3~ weeks of it being indexed. By this time I have also done a press release or two, sent social signals, created profiles, and have been making manual blog comments, so my link diversity is very good. Haven't had a problem yet; possibly because I do everything gradually.

Another quick way to get those indexed ASAP (if it contains quality content) would be to submit to those instant link indexing paid service. Previously, I normally get quality content indexed within 1 day after submitting to the instant link indexing website.
Or if you want to rely on a tool, GSA's indexer (the paid version), does a pretty decent job when you submit 1 link to every service on their software, and this also helps you get your link indexed within 1 day or so, if it has quality content.
