How to change IP for instagram?

Hi,
How exactly do i change my IP to create new IG Accounts?
For example if i bought fresh proxys, how do i use them now that i can create new Accounts with Bluestacks?
I have NO dynamic IP....

You can search google with keyword "change proxy Chrome" or "change proxy Firefox". You will find out way.

ah, so if i change the IP with a chrome addon it does also change for everything else automaticly?

there are addons for the browsers. when you setup the proxy-ip in this addon you are surfing under this IP. test it with sites like whatismyip.com then you will see if the proxy ip is visible or your original home ip. then you are safe...
