How would you go about ranking a site with duplicated content (same content available on other sites)?
exemple : an adult webcam whitelabel using an API, a porn tube using an API etc.

Google doesn't like duplicated content. Your site will not be rank. I ever did it and my site was suspended in 1 year.

Yes. Look up "pirate update."

Google doesn't care about duplicate content in a sense. It cares about user experience. If you can build a scraper site that has a better user experience than the original, you will rank above the original.

How does it detect the user experience exactly?

By measuring time on site and bounce rate. It can do this from the search page - if a user clicks on your site and doesn't go back to the search results, Google thinks he must have found what he was looking for or at least found your site useful. If he goes back after a few seconds and clicks on something else, then it assumes that for one reason or another he didn't find what he was searching for. So making your site "sticky", i.e. one that people want to hang around on, is important. You can get away with duplicate content up to a point, if you have original content along with it, e.g. original titles and descriptions for your tube videos.

I never ever advise about the duplicate content. You never ask about it if you know about the google rules.

If you're trying to rank your site, don't even think about using duplicate content on your site.

Unique contents adds more value to your site and it will be stable for long term.

The time you spend for this whole process can be better spent by going for a vacation. When you come back still you have to start from zero though!

Duplicate content never helps to rank a site

Better to stay away with duplicate content, it will affect your ranking for sure. Use unique content to avoid such problems.

Make Content Genuine and Boot Friendly so that you may be benefited.

I will disagree, i have one blog which is ranked with 100% duplicate content (first page)

tnx

If you wondering to build authority site, try to avoid the duplicate content. Even if others telling that they ranking the site well, wont do it.. Just refer others reply. If your site ranking well today with duplicate content, your site will not be in live tomorrow.

There are many site's using duplicate content, such as aggregators and Google News. And yes, Google can read duplicate images - they even have an API that is able to read images and display similar images from site's across the web. G's actions are primarily based on site reputation, user interaction (on-site and in-search). While those are both extremely broad terms, in a sense it's how legit or "spammy" your site is. If you are going to use duplicate content, make the site as real as possible and not PBN related.
