i thought my video gone viral now my video hit 1 Million views it was only 45k views few days ago . but there are no likes no subs no comments from this views . is there is a possiblity this could be real views ?

wow youtube just updated my stats it freakin real views from external embded website from only one euro country . it has shity CPM but its real views but why they dont comment or even dislike the video ? or maybe whoever embeded it disable the youtube button and this way people cannot watch it on youtube . has this happen to anyone before ?
