I am a verified customer of OP. I have purchased 4 VCC from OP and all works without issue for Paypal, Google Adword, Facebook ads. However VCC WILL NOT work for BING. No VCC would work for bing ads. So don't waste your time.
OP provided support through Skype and reverted very fast for the verification code. Will recommend this service to other members on this forum.
