Paypal wants shipment info

Hi guys,
so I was selling on my ebay stealth account. Paypal now wants many informations which I can buy online but also wants shiptment info for 3 articles. The problem is that my articles were sent via email so I dont have any tracking number or shipping invoice.


What should I do now?

I need to provide a shipping information, that I means I need to give them the tracking number or the shipping invoice. And because those items were sent via email, I dont have the tracking number or any shipping invoice.

If you sold virtual items via ebay sent them the auction link with the information that virtual goods was sold.You will instantly win that cause because paypal offers no buyers protection for virtual goods

Yours wasn t all that helpful either. Give them all the info you can and open a ticket and explain that the items were virtual. They usually understand especially if you haven t had other problems in the past

If you are a complete noob just be quite.Why do you think is paypal asking for shipping details of last 3 articles ?There has been a complaint or chargeback which was outside of the resolution center.

What I gather is OP sold digital items, buyers filed chargeback and paypal wants delivery confirmation. OP is basically screwed.

I wouldn't say screwed but you're going to have to talk to your buyers privately somehow to see if you can send them something to accept.
