I'd say look at existing pharmacy sites that offer a credit card option and go with the merchant service they use.

WTF is the point of running a payment processor if you leave out so many sources of money to be processed.

use ccnow but use it on a domain that doesnt sell pharma.
use something like cpa redirector to redirect your buying links from the whitehat site.
problem solved right?


so whitehat site sells tents.
it has cloaking redirect script installed.
blackhat site sells pharma.
it links to whitehats cart but whitehat site gets referall since the link is redirecting through it.

know what i mean?
