I'm from Albania and they are not accepting more publishers here..Too many peoples doing tricks and shit.How can I use Adsense again? If I buy an USA account how can I withdraw the money?

If you have a USA adsense account, and you have a Payoneer and US bank attached to it. You can withdraw using that.

you need a real address and an american phone number. I don't know how payoneer works but if you withdraw you also need a u.s bank account.

If they aren't accepting from Albania, I suppose not... But there are a few other services that put ads on your website.

Thats not true. They are still accepting publishers from Albania. Maybe you do not apply with their conditions: i got accepted 1 week ago after the 10-th submit and I'm from Albania too. :yeah:
I think its better to first get accepted with youtube, and then to resubmit your site. Take your time to review your site mate.

After the 10th submit? haha..I don't want hosted account..Also they are a little tight now cuz a lot of people use hacks to maximize the earnings..

Your problem I see here is not a US bank account as you can easily overcome this with the payoneer account. see the article on this here

No, not that easy. Your payoneer account is opened pretty much easily. The moment you ask for a connected bank account, they agree to it and then ask for a host of documents including a referral from US. Now someone who have no connections in US and don't stay there, it is just impossible.

Did this change? I got mine and I was only asked to fill a questionnaire and supply 1 ID.
