It's like you call police and tell them someone stole my car and you hang up and you expect from them to help you.

Can't you just report it to youtube? Pretty sure they will have a record of the date when you first uploaded the original video. They will then cross check that with the upload date of the robbed video, and obviously ending up seeing the exact same video content while doing so, leading to the copied video being removed..

Well you can do a couple of things.

1st. Put watermark on your next videos that you are going to upload
2nd. Report their video (Flag it)

Who cares? If your success is hinging on having a monopoly on Youtube content, then your business model is probably flawed. Just keep being awesome, pumping out more videos, and building your tribe - the bigger you get, the more haters and copiers there's gonna be. I usually see this sort of thing as sign of success.

You should contact the owner of the channel first .If that's not working report it to YouTube.

I think you can't do much apart from reporting to YouTube as if he did this once then he can do again with different YouTube account.

The best thing you can do is report it to Youtube IMO. They can check and will see that your upload date was earlier than the person who is stealing your videos. Also, if worst comes to worst, you can also show them that you have the production files from when you edited the video. Hope this helps, feel free to reply if you have any other questions.
