newbie major following problem

hey guys, newbie instergrammer here, i have 2 accounts thats all i want i dont want 20 or 30 etc, my problem is i follow 4k people in a month, now i cant follow more than 2 people per day at a maximum, i was banned the whole weekend... i have 2200 follower and get about 400-800 likes per post
i dont use bots, everything manually.

any tips would be a great help, should i just stop following for a week?
also i notice that the people who like my pictures all follow me, 90% anyway, i cant seem to get likes from non followers?

Next time you should try and only follow no more than 300 people a day, more than that is not really needed if your engaging your followers and being active on the account then you should not have any problems that way. You should let the account sit for a week and then try again. You can also change the email address in the account and see if that helps, but your best bet is to let it sit and see what happens then.

Also make sure to not follow and unfollow people in the same day. Doing that will quickly raise some flags.

You're hitting all sorts of flags on instagram for spam. You need to SLOW down or you're going to get banned.

You are most probably exceeding Instagram follow/like limits. You can follow up to 1500 users/day and like 1500 posts/day. However, you have to follow time delays as well.... so like you have to wait 10-25 seconds between each follow... aproximately the same time delay for likes. If you keep it clean and do not rush you can get much more people to see your page than you do now.

Don't follow or unfollow for a week, let you account take a break. Then start following/unfollowing. Also your engagement are very good ratio with followers. Good luck

and If you want to get likes from non followers you could use relevant hashtags, interact with your followers so they tag their friends on your posts, or simply like pictures of people who you do not follow yet

ok i let it go for 4 days... didnt do nothing other than post pics... then tryed to follow ... 2 follows later... blocked.

4000 people in a month is not a lot, must be something else that caused the problem.

You are talking nonsense. You can like 250 photos in a 5 minutes period, same for following, 200 in max 5 minutes. Never had troubles, only when repeating too many times during one day.
