How to copy a Follow Liker Profile?

I'd like to create a copy of a FL profile. How do I do it? These .ins.flk files are worthless. I don't even know why they exist. They only contain the path where they are stored...

to import the accounts to another project they must be in this format:

"username","password","proxyip:proxyport"
"username","password","proxyip:proxyport"
"username","password","proxyip:proxyport"
...

when you export them they skip the password and add some things that you dont need, so you have to remove these things and put accounts in the right format
