You will NOT get quality pop under traffic period, unless you are willing to pay about $0.30 per visitor for converting traffic. If you want bulk traffic that passes the GA inspectors then you will be paying above $10/k for anything of decent quality (still shitty non converting RON traffic).

Thats far from the truth. You can get quality pop under traffic for around $4-$8 cpm but you have to find the converting site ids (zones) and then target those zones only.
