It does not matter how many products you added, the matter is how many pages of your site are indexed by Google. Bear in mind that if you add more than 15K items per site you can slow down the loading speed of your webstore that is crutial for affiliate websites.

The plugin also counts Google bots which are crawling your website. It is a good sign. You need wait until you get a good number of product pages indexed by Google in order to start getting stable traffic and imcome/

You can delete necessary categories in WP categories menu.

Yes you right, recently AliExpress has changed its API and now there is a problem with importing reviews... working on this.
