just simply go to your browser and register man =)
if the signup page is not showing just keep refreshing until it showed

I believe using phone method (bluestacks), you will actually get wider limits. Because your account is registered on mobile IG, and they see that as a sign of someone who is most likely going to use their account for actual IG usage, and not just botting.

However, I could be totally wrong, It's just my opinion.

can you at least try it and proof me that im wrong?
im saying that browser created accounts survived more than emulator
