Hello, i have one question about paypal.
I wanted to sell something on ebay but i have to add credit/debit card to my paypal account but i don't have credit or debit card.
Can anyone help me please?

I solved that problem above.
But now, i need to know why does matter if i have US paypal or UK or EU?

Look if you're not located where your paypal account is based I would suggest a proxy or a VPN so pp wouldn't limit you especially if its a new account.

For the other questions there are VCCs online just google it.
