Emails not sending on my wordpress site

i have hosted my wordpress sites on debian vps but it is not sending registration ( or even any other) emails while registering on my wp site.
If somebody has any idea what is wrong please have a look at it.
my budget is not big.only 5$ for it which i can send it to your paypal

If you know all things about emails then it will hardly take 10-15 minutes to do it i think.
On the other hand if you didnt know anything why it is not sending emails (like me ) It can take a long time to fix the issue.
@conor i have installed plugin still it is not sending

Do you have any other domains on this VPS? Are they working okay if you do? If not it may be a cPanel issue - http://masochismtango.com/2009/10/2...in-php-wordpress-it-may-be-cpanel-mx-records/

This could be a couple of different things actually.

as suggested install a SMTP plugin for Wordpress.

if that doesn't work contact your web hosting company, they might have port 25 blocked. Some data centers are doing that now.

i have already installed wp mail smtp.
but it is not working still.

No i am not be able to send even a single mail by composing a mail in Roundcube(i think)
yes i have other domains as well but any of the domain not sending any mails.I dont have cpanel i have vesta cp panel.

Yes maybe some port is blocked. I dont know anything how to unblock\use other ports. My vps provider support is rediculous(very bad) . They even didnt check to make a reply in a week.

It sounds like you need to move to a proper host to be honest. There are plenty of decent ones on here that are cheap and have good reviews.

Use http://www.mail-tester.com and go from there. If the mail is not received at all I'd suggest going over to the vesta forums. It could be any number of things. Have you set up MX records and have required ports open usually 25.
