I used Leith service last year for a competitive keyword with 18,000 MSV. My site was 2 months old and not even in top 100 in Google SERP. Went for 3 months package.

End of first month, it started dancing around page 9 and 10.
Second month it went between page 3-4.
By end of third month (November 2015), 2 keywords were on #8 and #9

I stopped all SEO activity once it hit page 1 since I already covered the SEO cost from the traffic.

Today, the money keywords are on #5 and #2 spot.

It's been many, many months since I started this service. Truth be told for the amount of money that I was paying, it was really a disappointment in the first 3-4 months. I didn't see any changes at all. But, they worked for me for free until we started seeing results.

In December they changed their SEO strategies which really paid off for me in the long run. I have pretty competative keywords and I was already ranking page 1 prior to hiring these guys to SEO. Today, I'm ranking #1 and #2 for all main keywords and my traffic/sales have doubled. I started seeing results in very little time once they changed their strategy, but patience was definitely key with these guys.

I don't communicate often with them, but communication has been great whenever I've wanted it. That's been true since day 1. If I have a question, comment, concern, or want to change strategy in how they're doing SEO, they can work with you to do so. Recommend them 100%, but the key point is that patience is key.

How do we do things differently?

For starters, we have access/knowledge of some pretty cool link sources that others probably DO NOT know about yet. I actually shared one of these sources on my thread over here.. go check it out. As I mentioned to you above, we work with all foreign sites the same way as a normal English site - so the prices are the same. There are no "offers".
