NEED instagram account creation bot

Im looking for a bot that will automate the account creation process for me.

I need a bot or a tool that will create instagram accounts for me with this info:

-gmail email
-gmail email password
-instagram name
-instagram username
-instagram password
-proxy IP
-proxy port
-proxy username
-proxy password

does anyone know of a software that can do this. I have MP already and the module for account creation is not out yet and i need to do this ASAP

im also willing to pay service/person to do this for me.

the massplanner module was out earlier this year but then they took it down. it is not available anymore
