Using Plugrush Without Google Ban for Sneaky Redirect???? How Plz?

before i was having +18 wp website using plugrush ads and google banned it after i installed plugrush wp plugin,
now i want to use plugrush again for my new wp website but without harming my website with mobile redirect or something that will be bad for my site indexing?
anybody have idea plz?

I have do that already, the redirect put your ranking down but you are not banned, also you can set these redirect on off
