I think it looks natural. People want to unfollow 2k a Day. . Or only unf or follow

You may get hit for following and then unfollowing like that, you may want to consider
following x amount and then waiting 2 to 3 days and then unfollowing them.

It doesn't look natural for a new account. It can go under the radar for an aged one (and still doesn't look natural at all)
