Is it possible for someone to make a site like Teespring? Where the user designs the shirt and then i can print it etc. So basically same system as teespring minus the affiliate thing. If so, how much would it cost approximately? Thanks!
Ofc there already is websites doing exactly what you just said.
And your question about the cost, like wtf? Cant you figure out yourself this can be set up for less than $1k and it could also be set up for $150k, or even more.

Look at InkSoft. This is the software used by shirt printers for clients to upload their artwork. This is a hosted solution though so you'll have to pay them to host it for you (unless they changed it). Otherwise you'll have to build something custom.
