I got a free review copy of the service.
Here's my honest review.
All 20 comments were from blogspot.nl
Comments were unreadable and looked very spun.
OBL = 1-3
My niche was in health but some of the backlinks were from entertainment/movies.
Wasn't contextual, but OP just put the comments at the end of the comment.
I would say use this to boost tier 2 or tier 3.

I received a review copy of this service as well.
Agree with Faith that they are all on blogspot.nl domains.

However, for me the niche was related - I gave a site about retail and all of the sites are mentioning that niche in the body of the content.

OBL is very low on each site which is what OP states in the BST.

You have to appreciate this is just blog commenting so its not meant to be the best links in the world and they are only cheap links as well but at the same time you are getting niche related and very low OBL so they have their place in the link building strategy.

Good service and a bit different to anything else here so I would say 8/10.
