Paypal Questions.

Hey guys.

This is directly about PayPal and not Ebay (posted in here because i assume my target answerers with the knowledge are here).

I'm looking at options to go more anonymous with some black hat sites i run, i've never dealt with PayPal before although have been reading quite a bit about stealth accounts... Is the below possible?

FYI - dealing with x,xxx a week.

• - Buy a stealth PayPal account
• - Receive funds from affiliate ad companies into that account (i assume ill get limited?)
• -If im limited can i use services like www.secondeyesolution.com to get unlimited
• -will i eventually lift all limitations?
• - Buy Bitcoins via Paypal method on localbitcoins(will this look suspicious if that amount of money was being sent to other paypals and not being withdrawn into a bank account?)

This is where your plan goes wrong. For that amount of money, you'll be limited within a week or two at most and since you're proposing to use Paypal in a way that violates its TOS sending in fake documents won't get you unlimited.

Thats exactly how I saw it too. Had to highlight that area to even see it.

You'll need to use something other than Paypal IMO. Bitcoins through Coinbase is an option as is perfectmoney.
