It works. I thought it's Windows VPS. Anyways, got the shared hosting plan for $1.

We do not use Skype but are staffed 24/7, just go to our site and click on chat or submit a ticket with any questions.

I checked your prices and its 5.99 Per mo/ (after coupon), what sets you different from a company like OVH who offer cheaper VPS solutions for a better price and with better server specs. What sets you different, and makes me want to buy from you rather than someone else?

Not rude at all and a good question. Actually OVH is who we use for our data center.

What sets us apart is simply customer service, we're here to help you with any problem that might come up. For example one of our guys just spent 2 days moving over a custom setup from another host that had disabled this customers account. The other web hosting companies he tried to sign up would not even touch it for less than a $300 fee.

We got him moved over, optimized and back online all for just being our customer.

If you're a seasoned vet with Linux and do not need support, OVH might be best for you.

Review:

So far so good with the hosting. Speeds is okay and haven't had any problems so far. I ordered 1 year package and will see how it will go. Restoring things from my previous hosting to this one was a breeze (they helped me out big time).

Only thing I noticed today is that I can't login to WHMCS panel on their site and my sites are unresponsive (database errors, cant login to WP and such) ... but I am sure they will fix it (hopefully) ...

Why I am writing this here? Their support doesn't work atm too which is why I PMed him and wrote here just to make sure he sees this issue.

EDIT: Everything got fixed somehow. So far so good guys if you need a hosting with good support this is the one.

Hello,

The issue has been resolved, it looks like there might have been an issue with a corrupt database table that could happen during the migration from the other host. We've ran a repair and all sites are responsive.

We're available all times at [email protected] if for some reason our billing panel is not loading.
