Suggestions for Jr Exec VIP Forum

One of the biggest issue with the main forum is, it's downright massive. Posting general SEO type advice that helps the masses if safe enough, but the more advanced stuff just can't be shared in public.

JrVIP is a bit better, but it's still too big and easily accessible. Sharing slightly juicier stuff in JrVIP is ok, but sharing the real juice is still too risky.

This means that for for the Jr Exec forum, they'll only get really good stuff once someone has been promoted, and promotion can only be done through a slower process of assessing someone's abilities and knowledge through their overall shares.

What I recommend doing is creating a sub-forum of Jr Exec that everyone can submit posts to, but not read threads. Even better is setting it up so that they can read/post the thread they submit, so they can engage in discussion with the jr execs inside that thread.

This way, people can share their best stuff with the jr execs without any worry of saturation. Jr execs will benefit from more juicy threads, and the rest of us will benefit because it gives everyone a chance to be continually putting themselves forward for promotion, so that those sharing a lot of really juicy stuff, can enter the more private forum where they can continue to share, but also discuss and gain additional knowledge.

Like the rest hunger games(lol) was good, but money is always going to be TOP priority. No one is going to risk their $100k, or $500k/year business by sharing their trade secrets for the chance of promotion, that may or may not happen, and even with the promotion, that's not a guarantee of more money. It just doesn't make business sense. However, sharing your private business knowledge with < 100 people(Including mods and exec vips who can also read the jr exec) is a very very small risk, and the benefits greatly outweigh the risk.

Ste is correct, we vote based on overall performance.. I can see yours is solid though with some good shares lately in the public forums.

Now, you can PM a staff member or Jr Exec.. we do accept submissions up into Jr Exec as part of that overall performance, it would be posted by one of us in Jr Exec stating that it was sent up as a contribution by you which was deemed to sensitive to share in the public forums. This does NOT guarantee you any spot in Jr Exec.. it would help with your overall reputation though and obviously be taken into consideration. Feel free to reach out to me via PM.

I'm not bothered about the status. What I enjoy is having a group of people I can share my good stuff with to bounce around ideas, discuss different avenues, possible holes, things I've missed etc. It's a form of networking. I have a few people in skype who I do that with, but expanding your networking inner circle is always good business.

It's not about "giving away money making secrets", since, as we all know there's not really such a thing bar a few exploit type methods. I could teach someone EVERYTHING I know, and they still couldn't just go out and replicate what I do without a solid 6 months of hard work.

However, certain things I wouldn't want to share, like some analysis I've done on certain things, and certain behaviours of google that aren't talked about. If those were shared in public it would alert google and potentially saturate certain areas.

Nice, I'll keep that in mind for when I'm writing something juicier. I've got a few things I'll put together into an article over the next couple of months, so I'll definitely pm you some stuff.

I only read half of this and all I have to say is all the Jr Execs still read the read of the forum. I like how Jr Exec is right now. The requirements to get in are very tight and they only admit a small selection of people. Even with the small, say 20, participants, the section is still reasonably active.

Most likely - read my whole comment, I said it "does NOT guarantee" and that it would go towards their overall efforts to get in, just like on the public forums.

personally color doesnt mean anything where all the same with or
without yellow/pink/blue/ sure if u happen to post something of
bennefit that helps others and the forum reward u for it, great
but dont let the possibility of a reward be the reason for doing it.

the main thing is to do what u can when u can no matter how small
and do it just to be helpful, thats all that matters.

Just surprised that for a brand new member you seem so familiar with BHW and certain members.

The only reason I mentioned Vrill was that he seemed to have a problem JrVIP's and Exec's and you are giving off a similar vibe.

i feel the internet business is getting more and more saturated, you don't want a brand new competitor to beat you just cause he found your receipe posted in public forum, but when it comes to BHW this kind of posts brings respect, and usually people who post juicy threads are willing to take it to the next level.

It all depends what you share.

90% of SEO knowledge can be safely shared in public.

You know the main reason it's safe?

It requires enormous commitment, time and practice to actually implement successfully.

If the million or so members on this forum were all like tommy, lightning and leith, then things would be pretty damn saturated. BUT, if they were all like those 3 then they'd be smart enough to innovate, add value in different areas and improve the world as a whole, so in the short term SEO might be saturated, but they would find other things to do.

Certain things will get saturated though. Usually very specific methods or "tricks".

For example,

If I find some trick to bypass spam filters on youtube and I share it. Guaranteed within a month it won't work.

Sharing with people how to build up web 2's with 301 pumpers isn't going to do that much because most people don't have the ability to pump the 301's with spam. GSA is $100, and to use it properly you need a windows VPS, then you need to either buy lists, or you need to workout how to build your own. Then you need to workout how to actually use it properly. Most people will read about pumpers, get excited, add the task to their to-do list, then go and watch a movie.

Overall, I find that I gain more than I lose with sharing. The most important thing is having a network. Heck, speak to any millionaire from any period in the past 100 years and they'll tell you networking is the most important thing in business, or at least up there.

People reach out to me after I share stuff, and I end up making new friends who I learn new stuff from, or in some cases form a partnership with. Every single successful partnership I've had has originated from people just reaching out to chat/network. Never from people who reach out because they want a JV.

When it comes to real, sustainable type businesses you can share to your heart's content without risk. It's just the very specific blackhat methods you can't.
