Verifying Ebay Accounts

Hi, I'm fairly new to all this, so I'm sorry if this has been asked/answered somewhere before, but I couldn't find anything.

I just have 2 questions:

1. I was planning to get a VCC to verify my Ebay account, but I came across this page (couldn't post the link, but it's the first thing that came up when I googled "how to verify ebay" and was on ebay's website). Is a VCC enough to verify a Ebay account, or would I need a VBA?

2. Assuming VCCs do work for Ebay, would I be able to verify both my Ebay and Paypal account with the same VCC?

yes, as long as it's not linked to any other paypal accounts

There is specific vCC for all merchants, there is Ebay vCC and there is PayPal vCC.

You would need the VBA before you could withdraw

Hi friend, If u want to verify your ebay acc, U need link it with a paypal verified account , After that confirm credit card by VCC , and confirm phone also
Verify Paypal , U need use a VCC too ( If Your Paypal country is USA u need use VBA )
