10% followback rate is good or bad?

i have instagram female accounts with 10% FB rate, what i wrong?

10% rate back is way too low. indicating that a) you are targeting the wrong people or b) your content is not good enough for them to follow you back. It could either be simply a niche thing as well though

Whats weird is that my FB ratio on twitter is >25% consistently. Why such a huge difference between twitter and IG? Or is that common for everyone?

Twitter has more of 30+ demographic. The ones who are interested in skin care. Whereas instagram has more of 15-35 demographic.

i have checked my follow back on a new account and its only 12% as well. its fitness and nice pics so i am wondering as well. thought its higher. maybe its if you have a small account that not many are following back .....

That would all depend on your accounts quality, the niche your in, and the quality of the keywords your using to
target your audience. I would say you can probably bring that up a bit, but I don't have enough information to give
you a solid guesstimation.

I'm getting a really low follow back ratio for a humor/meme instagram. Any suggestions to increase it? I am trying to do both location targets and other similar accounts in the niche.

It really depends a LOT on your niche and how you're managing your account. Pretty sure skin-care photos won't get followed. Regardless of how pretty (erm?) they are. Make another account in the same niche, use better keywords to target your audience and handle the account differently. See if the percentage improves.
