Which SEO service for my low comp keyword?

Hi guys! I have a keyword which is according to keyword revealer "low competition" (27/100) and my keyword is on 44th place in google without any off site SEO... I would like to know can you recommend any service to use here on BHW that is good (you have good experience) that can push my keyword to the 1st page...

I've tried out about 5 different services on BHW now. So far, the following service has shown the best results:

seem to come up ALOT as great services around here. They are also very involved community members and can be seen helping for no monetary gain around the community. I would look into their services more, since TheSEO is to humble to suggest his own service (which is good).

If you check the link to The SEO's service that I linked right above, it is $70 and usually has a discount. Like right now it has 10% off so it is like 63$ and you get an additional $20 of links.

Aged web2.0 and PBN usually will do for me. Even for medium competition as well. For PBN services, make sure to buy those who offers unique and handwritten content. Otherwise, you will need to provide them the content.
