I'm not sure, OP, if you want people for the task or looking for methods. If the latter, possibly the easiest, fastest and most cost effective to achieve your goals would be social media. Grab a few accs on FB, ig, Twitter and start to interact (follow/like/comment) with Indonesian people by leveraging Indonesian hashtags, the followers of authority Indonesian accs in the niche you're targeting. Use bots obviously, some of those also can search the bios for locations, so you can use that for targeting too.
